What you get with the Video Guestbook

A paper guestbook gets a signature. A video guestbook keeps your grandmother’s voice, your best friend’s toast and the whole room laughing, to treasure for years to come.

The telephone rests on a softly lit stand, dressed with an LED sign and florals, beside a wooden easel that shows guests how it works. They lift the receiver, share their wishes, advice or a favorite memory, and hang up. Our attendant is there the whole time, so it’s effortless for everyone.

Want something to hold on to? Add a keepsake album of your guests’ messages, or extra time so no one misses their turn.

How does a video guestbook work?

It’s as easy as leaving a voicemail. Guests lift the receiver, look at the camera and record a short message. We set it up, look after it all evening and send you every message afterward.

How much does the Video Guestbook cost?

Package A is $500 for 4 hours: our luxury telephone video guestbook, set up and staffed. Add-ons and travel past 50 miles are extra.

What add-ons can we choose?

For the Video Guestbook, you can add a Video Guestbook album ($150). Pick add-ons on the booking form once you choose a package.

How long does the Video Guestbook run?

Every package runs 4 hours. Need longer? Add extra hours (up to 4) when you book: $100 an hour.

How does booking work?

Choose your services and a date on our booking page, then a start time (one of ours or your own) and your details. Pay a 50% deposit, or pay in full and save 10%. Your date is booked as soon as your payment goes through.

How far do you travel?

We’re based in Wendell, NC. Travel within 50 miles of Wendell is free, which covers Raleigh, Knightdale, Wake Forest, Clayton, Garner and nearby towns. Farther venues are $2 for each mile past 50, to cover the drive there and back.

Can you set up outdoors?

Yes, we can set up outdoors on level ground with shade and a covered spot we can move to if it rains.

When do we get our video messages?

Every message arrives in a private digital gallery within 7 days of your event, and a Video Guestbook album, if you add one, within 1 week. If you’d like your videos or album on the day of your event, just ask and we’ll deliver them then.
