The Video Guestbook runs 4 hours, and the Photo Booth and the On-Site Portrait Studio run 3 hours. Need longer? Add extra hours (up to 4) when you book: $100 an hour for the Video Guestbook and $150 an hour for the Photo Booth and the On-Site Portrait Studio.
A 50% deposit or full payment books your date. Paying in full when you book saves 10% (not on the travel fee). The rest is due in the 30 days before your event, by the day before at the latest. Booking within 30 days of your event? Then it's paid in full when you book. You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash.
Yes. Choose every service you want on one booking form. Book any 2 services and save $200 or book all 3 services and save $300.
We’re based in Wendell, NC. Travel within 50 miles of Wendell is free, which covers Raleigh, Knightdale, Wake Forest, Clayton, Garner and nearby towns. Farther venues are $2 for each mile past 50, to cover the drive there and back.
Prices don’t include sales tax. It depends on the state your venue is in and is added when you pay. The booking form shows an estimate once you enter the venue’s address.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event qualify for a refund of payments excluding the non-refundable deposit. Rescheduling is free with 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If we cancel, Client receives a full refund or complimentary rescheduling. Read the full policy.
