What you get with the On-Site Portrait Studio

Weddings are one of the rare times everyone is dressed up and in the same room. Our on-site studio makes the most of it: a photographer who gently guides each guest into their best pose, flattering studio light and a drapery backdrop in ivory white, azul, wine red, majestic brown or olive green.

Package A includes unlimited digital portraits. Package B adds unlimited 4 × 6 prints, so guests go home with something to frame. Add extra time.

Who is the portrait studio for?

Weddings, engagement parties, showers, galas and corporate events: anywhere guests are dressed their best and deserve a real portrait.

How much does the On-Site Portrait Studio cost?

Package A is $1,000 for 3 hours: a professional photographer and portrait studio at your event. Package B is $1,300 for 3 hours: everything in Package A, plus unlimited prints. Add-ons and travel past 50 miles are extra.

Do guests get prints?

Yes, with Package B: unlimited 4 × 6 photo prints. Package A includes unlimited digital photos.

Which backdrops can we choose from?

With every package, you choose the drapery color: ivory white, azul, wine red, majestic brown or olive green.

How long does the On-Site Portrait Studio run?

Every package runs 3 hours. Need longer? Add extra hours (up to 4) when you book: $150 an hour.

How does booking work?

Choose your services and a date on our booking page, then a start time (one of ours or your own) and your details. Pay a 50% deposit, or pay in full and save 10%. Your date is booked as soon as your payment goes through.

How far do you travel?

We’re based in Wendell, NC. Travel within 50 miles of Wendell is free, which covers Raleigh, Knightdale, Wake Forest, Clayton, Garner and nearby towns. Farther venues are $2 for each mile past 50, to cover the drive there and back.

Can you set up outdoors?

Yes, we can set up outdoors on level ground with shade and a covered spot we can move to if it rains.

When do we get our photos?

Everyone gets a digital copy of their portrait studio photos at the event. With Package B, photos are also printed on the spot.
